Story

The story of Pokemon X takes place in the region of Kalos, where the player character sets out on a journey to become the region’s Pokemon Champion. Along the way, the player encounters a mysterious organization called Team Flare, who seek to create a new world order by harnessing the power of the Legendary Pokemon, Xerneas or Yveltal.

The player begins their journey in the small town of Vaniville, where they meet their neighbor and rival, Calem or Serena. They receive their first Pokemon from Professor Sycamore, and set out to explore the region and collect Gym Badges by defeating powerful Gym Leaders. Along the way, the player also meets a group of trainers known as the Kalos Gym Leaders’ Challenge, who have a special connection to the Legendary Pokemon.

As the player progresses through the game, they uncover more about Team Flare’s plans and their leader, Lysandre.
